PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

If you’re not delighted with any NamanaLiri™ product you received, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Product purchase price will be fully refunded minus shipping charges.  If product is returned after the 30-day return window, credit will be issued for use in another NamanaLiri™ purchase, up to 90 days after the purchase. No returns are accepted after 90 days.
Note:  Products that are opened or are more than 90 days old, are not refundable.
Reshipment of orders that have been lost, confiscated by Customs, damaged, spoiled, stolen, delayed, redirected, re-routed, or returned will incur the cost to re-ship products and a 30% product loss fee of total shipment, to be charged to the credit card on file before the order is reshipped.

STEPS FOR RETURNING PRODUCT:

  • Contact Order Support to request a Return Authorization number.

    Returns without a Return Authorization number cannot be accepted.
  • Your Return Authorization will be emailed to you along with a prepaid shipping label. Use your shipping label as the mailing label for your return parcel.
    Note: The pre-paid shipping label will be valid for ten days.
  • Once your return is received your refund will be processed. Please note that this process can take up to 5 business days.
  • Your refund will come in the original form of your order payment.
